Everyone should be able to use this site.
We want this website to work for everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
What we aim for
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA: text that resizes without breaking the layout, colour contrast that meets minimum ratios, forms with labelled fields, and navigation that works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
How it is built
Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive alt text. Menus can be operated by keyboard as well as mouse, and the site reflows for small screens and zoom.
Known limitations
Some photography on this site is placeholder imagery and may not yet carry final descriptions. Where content depends on images — for example grooming results — we are adding text equivalents as the site is finalised.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is hard for you to use, email info@pet-professional.com or call at the studio. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it. If you need information from this site in another format — large print, plain text, or read over the phone — just ask.
