Nothing on this website is veterinary advice, diagnosis, medication or veterinary treatment. Grooming decisions are made through our own consultation and written plan for each dog. If your dog is unwell, see your veterinarian.
Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry through this website is a conversation, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only when it is confirmed by us directly, on the terms agreed at that time.
Program and training enquiries
Details of training programs — duration, group size, assessment and fees — are set out in the current program outline. Program participation is confirmed after our assessment and interview process.
