For dog owners · House visits

Some dogs groom better at home.

For dogs who travel poorly or settle only in their own space, we offer house visits — same assessment, same written plan, same standard.

How a house visit runs

The same assessment and plan, at your home.

The assessment can happen in your home, so the plan is written around the space your dog is actually in. The groom then follows the same written plan as an in-studio session.

Coverage — House visits are by arrangement across Sydney. Tell us your suburb and we will confirm whether we cover it.

Call-out fee — A call-out fee applies to house visits. We confirm the amount with you before the visit is booked.

What to expect

Not a van. Your home.

We are not a mobile grooming van. We come into your home and set up in a space that is safe and suitable for your dog — then work the same way we do in the studio.

If you are not sure what that looks like in your place, tell us at enquiry and we will set out the plan before the visit.

Track record

We have done this since 2016.

House visits are not new to us. Since 2016 we have groomed in more than 100 clients’ homes — special care cases and routine grooms alike.

Is it right for your dog?

A good fit if…

  • Travel or car rides stress your dog more than grooming does
  • Your dog settles only in familiar places
  • Mobility makes getting in and out of the studio difficult

Every visit starts with the same assessment as an in-studio groom.
