To answer your enquiry, to plan and deliver grooming and training services safely, and to keep the written records that are part of every special care groom. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only where the service needs it — for example, sharing a grooming record with your veterinarian at your request, or with the clinic that referred your dog. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you. Service records are kept so that future sessions can be planned safely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle requests under the Australian Privacy Principles.
