Refer a case
For cases that sit outside what your clinic can safely take on in-house, send us the dog's details. We take it from there — assessment, written plan and the groom — and your client stays yours.
Three steps.
You send the referral
Your clinic's name, and the basic case details: the dog's condition, mobility, medication, general health, behaviour, whether anaesthesia or sedation may be needed, and anything that concerns your team.
We assess and plan
We assess the dog and write a grooming plan. From there the owner decides whether to go ahead with us. If our report is useful to them, they can pass it on to their vet.
We groom
Where the groom happens depends on the dog and the owner — in our studio, or at the owner's home. If a case needs to be handled at a veterinary clinic, we will discuss that with you separately.
We groom to an agreed written plan.
We do not diagnose medical conditions, administer medication or provide veterinary treatment.
